London, England - Pembridge, the business accelerator for the creative services sector will be taking an equity stake and a non-executive seat on the board in leading independent direct marketing agency, Whitewater.
Owned and run by Steve Andrews and Clare Page, Whitewater works exclusively with the not-for-profit sector and has clients including Age Concern, Amnesty International, Christian Aid, and the RSPCA.
Whitewater has appointed Pembridge to help advise on business growth strategies and advance exciting new projects such as the agency's new portfolio of In Memoriam fundraising products, Our Lasting Tribute. Pembridge's minority stake, will allow Whitewater to keep control of its business, focusing on core business issues and creativity while retaining its independence.
Rose Lewis, Pembridge partner, said, "We are delighted to be working more closely with Whitewater, which has a very impressive strategy for the future and a strong creative culture. Taking a minority stake means that Whitewater will benefit from the wide range of skills and experience that the Pembridge partners have to offer, without relinquishing any of its independence. Whitewater will also have access to the expertise of the other companies in the Pembridge village."
Steve Andrews, Managing Director of Whitewater said, "Whitewater has ambitious growth strategy over the next few years and engaging Pembridge enables us to concentrate on realising our goals."
