Berlin, Germany -- The experience of Pembridge in supporting the growth of Creative Industries Small- to Medium-Sized Enterprises was published today in edited form as part of the ECCE project (Developing Economic Clusters of Cultural Enterprises). The event took place at an international conference entitled "Cultural and Creative Industries in Europe - Coherent Policies in a Globalised World", organised with the support of the German Presidency of the EU.
