London, England - Pembridge today completed a comprehensive strategic review with leading graphic design consultancy 400 Communications that will support its management team as they deliver an ambitious growth strategy.
400 Communications' owners, Alicia O'Dell and Paul Dennis, worked with Pembridge Partners Rose Lewis and David Prais to map out a range of realistic different potential strategies for growth, given the context of today's market. Together, they explored how 400 Communications could take advantage of the opportunities and what the different potential strategies would entail in practice.
With the options clear in front of the team, Pembridge's recommendation was to go with those that offered the best fit with their personal objectives, as well as the corporate goals for the consultancy. The management team agreed, so the strategic review now developed into a planning process that set out a concrete action plan, defining the key requirements for success over the next 1-2 years.
Alicia O'Dell said of the Strategic Review process: "As owner-manager you are so involved in the day-to-day running of the consultancy that it is often difficult to take a step back. Working with Rose and David achieved that; with our performance benchmarked against our competitors as well as creatively brainstorming solutions to potential pitfalls, we have a growth strategy that is focussed, exciting and above all achievable."
Rose Lewis said: "We were impressed with the owners of 400 Communications and the business they built. Like every creative busines, they needed to take a step back to better align their personal objectives and business goals. The process of the strategic review often re-energises the directors to aim for further sustained growth."
