Pembridge Asia sold in management buy-out

Singapore - Pembridge Partners today announced that it had agreed the sale of its shares in Pembridge Asia Pte Ltd to that company's founder, Graham Lean. The business will trade independently of Pembridge under a new name: Media Development Asia Pte Ltd.

Following his relocation full time to Singapore in January, Pembridge Partner Hugh Mason continues to represent Pembridge Partners' growing interests across the South East Asia region.
