Pembridge is looking to appoint a full time business development executive to generate good quality business leads for our Partners. You will use social media tools and technology alongside email, phone and more traditional face to face networking events to open up communication channels with potential target clients.
A key part of your role will be to keep up-to-date with news in our sector and any sectors related to our potential clients. Keeping your finger on the pulse of what is happening and what’s new and then approaching/communicating in the most appropriate and effective way to introduce yourself and Pembridge. This will enable you to build relationships with the ultimate aim of securing new business.
Approaching/communicating may involve commenting on industry articles, blogs and general e-communications, attending events, debates, seminars and making contacts through sites such as LinkedIn, twitter, Facebook, meetup and anywhere else you discover. Working closely with the Partners of Pembridge you will fulfil a key role in this fast growing company. Your role will also involve answering customers telephone enquiries, relationship management and up-selling to regular clients with additional products and services available and providing a good all round customer service.
To be successful for this position you will have a proven track record of having worked to generate new business through these methods and be someone who will always strive to achieve targets that are set out. You will have a consultative sales style – understanding clients needs in the context of the industry and be very confident in interacting and developing relationships with people at all levels.
Interviews will take place in Sept/Oct 2009 with an immediate start.
